A full camp experience where learning, play, and leadership come together.

Our Counselor-in-Training program is designed for campers ages 12–13 who want to assist counselors, join hands-on activities, and support younger campers.

CITs help with daily activities, participate in discovery and craft stations, and explore how farms grow and animals thrive.

They have a blast with friends, making each day exciting and memorable.

CITs build confidence, collaboration, and problem-solving skills while enjoying a fun, immersive farm experience.

Ages 12-13

Counselors in Training: More Than Just Camp

CITs take an immersive farm experience to the next level, exploring seasonal farm themes while building leadership and practical skills. Campers explore how farms grow and change throughout the year — from spring planting to fall harvest and winter rest — through hands-on activities and mentoring opportunities.

Daily Adventures

Participate in all camp activities—animal care, games, creative projects, and discovery stations
Work alongside counselors and leaders while fully joining in the fun
Follow daily routines including morning circle, snack, lunch, and breaks
Flexible blocks allow observation, project guidance, and participation in group challenges


Farm Skills & Leadership

Learn how farms operate and how animals thrive
