• For emergencies, don’t hesitate to call 911 and direct them to 7301 Rivershore Rd. Snohomish, WA 98290.
• Any staff member wearing a red safety backpack is ready to help with minor injuries such as cuts or bee stings. 
• If you need further assistance, find the nearest employee and have them radio for a manager. All managers are trained in First Aid/CPR/AED use.
• We do have an AED on site. It is centrally located in the Apple Shack.

We are a strictly no-smoking facility. 

• Swans Trail Farms is a licensed beer and wine restaurant. Individuals may not bring any alcoholic beverage onto the premises at any time.
• All alcoholic beverages to be consumed on the premises will be served only by M.A.S.T. certified Swans Trail Farms employees and served in designated areas.

• Water bottle
• Sack lunches 
• Comfortable close-toed walking shoes (Encounters with mud are possible if it has recently rained or rain in forecasted.)
• Weather appropriate clothing that can get dirty (dressing in layers is recommended in spring)
• Rain gear (If sprinkles or showers are in the forecast)
• Sunscreen (If sun is in the forecast)
• Allergy medications (If a child has severe allergies, please remember they will be exposed to hay, pollen, bees and farm animals, so prepare accordingly.)
• Camera to capture the memories!

Picnic Areas - Picnic tables will be available for your use after your field trip for a 30-minute period. 

Concessions - Will be closed.

Parking - FREE parking is available for guest vehicles. Handicap parking spaces are located near the entrance to the farm. We have special parking lanes for buses.

Restrooms - Portapotties and handwashing stations are located near the entrance, and in the Farmyard and Barnyard attraction areas. A handicap accessible unit is located near the entrance and near the Cidery. 

Baby Changing Stations - Are located at the restroom areas near the entrance and in the Barnyard attraction area. 

Country Store - Swans Trail Farms' Country Store is located in the main barn and will be open from 9:30 - 2:30 during Strawberry Field Trips. The Country Store offers jams, jellies, pickles, salsas, syrups to name a few, along with home decor items, children's educational farm-related toys and books. Be sure to stop in!

Yes, you can! It is important to note that wagons and strollers will NOT fit down the strawberry rows. 

Check and card are accepted.

• If cancellation is made at least 30 days in advance, your deposit will be fully refunded.
• If your cancellation is made within 30 days of your field trip, your deposit will not be refunded.
• Your deposit cannot be transferred to another season's field trip. 

• If you cannot find your email confirmation, please reach out to fieldtrips@swanstrailfarms.com and a copy will be resent.
• At check-in, our Field Trip staff will be able to locate your reservation using customer name, email, or reservation ID.

If you cancel your field trip at least 30 days in advance, your deposit will be refunded. Cancellations less than 30 days in advance will not be refunded.

Fields trips can be rescheduled based on availability.

No, Season Passes cannot be used to attend the Strawberry Field Trip. 

• Our education rate is already discounted and cannot be discounted any further. 
• Scholarships are not offered at this time. 

Student/Deposit Fee: This year, we're implementing a deposit fee of $1/student due to excessive no-shows and late cancellations, which have limited availability for other groups. This ensures spots are secured and help us provide a great experience for everyone. If you must cancel your reservation, deposits are refundable up to thirty days before your reservation date.
