We don't provide these items for customer-brought cakes.

Sweet Treat Idea! Consider our delicious Strawberry Shortcake Bar! It includes all necessary flatware, bowls, and napkins, making it a super easy and tasty option.

Our party room is already decked out in a fun farm theme. Feel free to bring additional tabletop decorations to add your personal touch! Please note that any plates we provide are specifically for food served by Swans Trail Farms.

You're welcome to bring your own cake or cupcakes to celebrate!

For all other food items, we kindly ask that you choose from our delicious pre-order menu options. This helps us ensure the quality and safety of all food served at our farm. Pre-ordering also means less time waiting in line and more time enjoying the party!

You're welcome to personalize your party room with your own decorations, whether you envision a little touch or a full theme.

Feel free to bring themed balloons **(helium balloons not allowed)**, tablecloths, goody bags, centerpieces, plates, and napkins. To allow for setup, you may arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled party time.

For the safety of our animals and the preservation of our farm, we kindly ask that you refrain from using tape, staples, command strips, or nails on any surfaces (tables, buildings, shelves, or trees). Additionally, items like silly string, confetti, piñatas, streamers, shredded stuffing, glass containers, and whistles are not permitted due to potential choking hazards for our animals.

Yes, we are happy to store your cake in our large berry cooler, but please do bring your own cake plates, cutting knife, candles, and matches. Cake storage is at your own risk, as during the summer the cooler is a high traffic area as we restock our berries. Swans Trail Farms will not be liable in the event of any damage to cakes stored in our coolers.

The Party Place is located in the Dairy Barn, behind the Cidery.

The farm is very large and can be a little bit overwhelming if you are not familiar with the layout before your party. We recommend that you view our map ahead of time and send a copy to your guests. Additionally, any farm staff would be happy to direct you. 

When you arrive at Swans Trail Farms, please head to the Admissions Booth  and let our staff know that you are here for your birthday party booking. Our staff will provide you with the wristbands for you and all your guests.

Please plan to have yourself or someone else from your party remain in the Admissions area to distribute the wristbands until all your guests have arrived.

Each party package includes one free hosting parent/guardian of the birthday child and one free birthday child. The one party host chaperone and birthday child are not included in your guest count since they are admitted free. 

The private room has seating for up to 48. 

Yes. Guests with Season Passes will check in as they normally would, even when attending a party. Visitors checking with a season pass are not counted towards you party guest total. 

* Parties of more than 50 guests must be booked directly with a staff member by contacting events@swanstrailfarms.com. Larger events are subject to different rates and regulations. 

* We require full payment upon booking. Your credit card information will be saved in case of additional add-ons, damage fees, overtime charges, additional guests, etc. 

* Parties are held rain or shine. 

* You are welcome to bring decorations that sit on the tables and shelves. No decorations can be hung on the walls, which are antique barnwood. (Please no confetti.) The party host is responsible for cleaning the area up entirely. We will remove trash bags. 

* All guests must complete the party waiver before the scheduled event and party hosts must agree to our Venue Rental Terms & Conditions. 

Parking is available in our main lot. Insider Tip: Pull up near the handicap parking to unload your vehicle before heading to the parking lot. Follow the signs to Admissions to check in. 

You may check-in 15 minutes before your party time. 

Please have your guests arrive promptly for your booked party time. We do recommend having your part start 15 or 30 minutes after the start of your rental time. If your reservation is for 11:00am, your guests should arrive at 11:15/11:30 am. 

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

Party cancellations may be refunded 50% up to 30 days before the scheduled party. Parties cancelled within 30 days are non-refundable. 

To extend your party time you will need to reserve the other time slot(s) and book two (or three) party packages. Remember, you are welcome to stay and play until closing time without the need to extend your party, as your two-hour reservation only applies to your party pavilion and tables.

Your party pavilion reservation is for two hours, but you are welcome to stay and play at the Farm until we close at the end of the day. Alternatively, you may also arrive to play before your scheduled party time once the farm has opened, but either way you will not be able to access your reserved space or setup that area until about 15 minutes before your reserved time slot.

There is no outside alcohol or smoking on the farm. Swans Trail Farms cider is available in our Licensed Cidery and may not leave the designated areas. Visitors may smoke/vape in their vehicle in the parking lot.
