Every fall, thousands of families visit Swans Trail Farms to make memories—and it's our incredible team that brings those experiences to life.
Whether you're welcoming guests at Admissions, helping families enjoy our attractions, serving delicious farm favorites, assisting in the Country Store, or supporting the farm behind the scenes, every team member plays an important role in creating a fun, safe, and memorable visit.
Many of our employees started as guests themselves and now love being part of the team that creates those same special memories for others.
Seasonal positions are perfect for high school and college students, retirees, stay-at-home parents, and anyone looking for a fun, active, and rewarding place to work.

Positive Attitude & Enthusiasm: A genuine willingness to help guests and keep a friendly demeanor, even when things get busy.

Great Communication: Able to speak clearly, listen well, and understand guest needs politely and respectfully.

Patience & Empathy: Can stay calm under pressure and help guests with understanding and a helpful approach.

Reliable & Punctual: Always on time for your shifts and consistently present when scheduled.

Eager to Learn: Open to feedback, willing to follow instructions, and quick to learn new tasks and procedures.

Problem-Solving: Can spot a guest's issue and find solutions or know when to ask a supervisor for help.

Team Player: Willing to work well with colleagues and support other departments to ensure everyone has a great day.
Physical & Practical Requirements

Age Requirement: Must be at least 14 years by deadline

Physical Stamina: Able to stand for long periods and work comfortably outdoors in various weather conditions.

Fall Availability:
-
Weekends are a Must for most positions: You need to be available to work most Saturdays and Sundays throughout the entire Fall Harvest Festival season (September through October). These are our busiest and most critical days!

Weekday Availability (especially for Field Trips): We also need team members available for daytime weekday shifts, particularly during the earlier day for school field trips.

Full Season Commitment: Able to work for the entire duration of the Fall Harvest Festival season.

Transportation: Have a reliable way to get to and from Swans Trail Farms for all your scheduled shifts. Carpooling is a great option, but remember that specific carpool schedules can only sometimes be accommodated.
Experience

No Formal Experience? No Problem! We welcome first-time job seekers and provide a safe, supportive environment for you to learn valuable workplace skills.

Prior Responsibility (a plus): If you have experience showing responsibility, teamwork, or helping others (like babysitting, volunteer work, school clubs, sports teams, or helping family), please let us know!
