You may transfer your Single-Day General Admission tickets to a family member or friend. Contact admissionshelp@swanstrailfarms.com for assistance with transferring tickets. Please allow 24 hours for a response to your transfer request. Tickets cannot be transferred to another date or time. There are no refunds for purchased tickets or transfers to a lower priced ticket. 

If you cancel your field trip at least 30 days in advance, your deposit will be refunded. Cancellations less than 30 days in advance will not be refunded.

If you and your friend have separate Season Pass member IDs (linked to different email addresses), you will each need to complete your bookings individually. Members with the same ID can book together.

Yes for 2025, Seasons Pass holders must reserve a day(s) to be able to access the attractions. You do not need to select a specific time, just the date attending. 

Season Pass holders will receive a Welcome email containing an exclusive booking link. Please use this link to reserve your desired attendance date(s) for the festival. Kindly note that a separate reservation is required for each day you plan to attend. Reservations can be made at your convenience, up to the time of check-in at the designated Season Pass Admissions window

You have all access to every day the festival is open (even if Sold Out!) Enjoy all 8 days of Baby Animal and Berry fun.

Your Season Pass is good for the 2025 Baby Animals and Berries Festival. It cannot be used for any other Event or Festival.

Season Pass must be purchased separately for each person.

We do not offer “family” memberships.

No early entry to activity area - When purchasing tickets, make sure all people in your party have the same time ticket so everyone can enter together.

Dress for the weather! We are a working farm. While we’ve worked hard to manicure it, there is uneven ground and the conditions of the fields are dependent on the weather.

• We recommend wearing sturdy, close-toed shoes. 
• If it has rained in the days prior to your visit, boots are always a good idea. 
• If you want to wear a family-friendly costume, we’d love to see what you come up with!

Bring your tickets, camera, and friends! You can buy food onsite during festivals (check the website for hours). If you’re visiting the u-pick, we will provide containers for picking.

There is a lot to do on the farm. We recommend that you allow 3-4 hours for activities and additional time if you plan to U-Pick, grab food, or visit the Country Store. 

We do not have wagons available, but you are welcome to bring your own! We do have wheelbarrows for you to use to transport your pumpkins.
