  • Respect our Pet Policy
  • Be respectful of other guests around you when taking pictures so as to not interfere with their experience at the farm
  • Follow all farm policies, guidelines, and rules
  • DO NOT disturb vegetation, flowers, crops, displays, etc.
  • DO NOT bring intrusive props or use our wagons to transport your props

Professional Photos

We ask that you please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • If you are a photographer whose client has requested photos at Swans Trail Farms, please contact us here with the day and time you are interested in coming to the farm.
  • Mini Sessions are not allowed. We have a contracted photographer who provides Mini Sessions during our festivals and this will create a conflict of interest.
  • Upon arrival at the farm, you will need to check in at either the office or country store (depending on the season) to sign a waiver.
  • Please treat our farm with respect and regard. The farm is our home and we welcome you here!
  • Do not be intrusive, rude, or demanding to our guests. Please be patient with our customers who are here to create their own memories. If we receive complaints, we will not be able to allow photographers to enjoy their photoshoots on the farm.
  • DO NOT bring intrusive props or use our wagons to transport your props
  • Please respect our Pet Policy. Our dog Hank lives on the farm and makes a great prop!
  • Everyone in your party must stay within the designated areas on our farm. No lifting or ducking under pennant strings to access closed areas. If a barn is blocked, do not enter (even if it looks picturesque.)

Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs)

Swans Trail Farms prohibits the operation or use of any unmanned aerial vehicle on, from, or above the farm absent specific written consent. This includes all UAVs, also commonly known as “drones,” regardless of their size, weight or purpose.

Important Notes

Admission must be purchased for each person (including the photographer) and wristbands must be worn at all times. Admission is not required to enter our Country Store and Pumpkin Patch. If you are only taking pictures in these areas we encourage you to come on weekdays when we typically have fewer guests visiting these areas.

Swans Trail Farms reserves the right to halt any photo session deemed to be disruptive.
