Fall Field Trips

Our farm field trips are designed for children of all ages, from preschool through elementary school. We tailor each experience to be engaging, educational, and fun, with plenty of opportunities for hands-on learning.

Students learn about agriculture, where food comes from, farm animals, pollination, the life cycle of crops, and seasonal farming practices. Our goal is to create memorable experiences that connect kids with farming through hands-on activities and real-life learning.

Most field trips last approximately 2–3 hours, depending on your group's schedule and the activities included.

Our field trips include guided educational stations led by knowledgeable farm educators, along with time for students to explore and enjoy farm activities.

We offer field trips during both the spring and fall seasons. Each season features different educational opportunities based on what's happening on the farm, from baby animals and pollination in the spring to pumpkins and apples in the fall.

We welcome groups of many sizes, from small homeschool groups to large elementary schools. If you have a particularly large group, we'll work with you to create a schedule that provides the best experience for everyone.

We recommend bringing enough adults to help supervise students throughout the visit. Your booking confirmation will include our recommended student-to-chaperone ratios.

Absolutely! We love welcoming homeschool families and homeschool co-ops throughout both our spring and fall educational seasons.

Field trips take place outdoors on a working farm. We recommend closed-toe shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and jackets or rain gear if rain is in the forecast. Farm fields can be muddy depending on the weather.

Field trips are held rain or shine. Since much of the experience takes place outdoors, we encourage everyone to dress appropriately for the weather.

Yes! We have designated picnic areas where groups are welcome to enjoy sack lunches during their visit.

Yes. Students are welcome to bring packed lunches and enjoy them in our picnic areas. We ask that groups clean up after themselves before departing.

Yes! We have plenty of parking available for school buses, vans, and personal vehicles.

Yes. Restrooms are conveniently located near the field trip areas for students, teachers, and chaperones.

We strive to make our farm welcoming for all guests. Because we are a working farm, some paths are gravel, grass, or dirt. If your group has accessibility needs, please contact us ahead of time so we can help accommodate your visit.

Yes! Many groups enjoy stopping by our farm store before heading home to pick up seasonal treats and farm goodies.

We recommend booking as early as possible. Popular dates, especially during the fall, fill up quickly.

Yes! Parents are welcome to attend as chaperones. We ask that all chaperones help supervise students and follow our field trip guidelines throughout the visit.
