Each week at Swans Trail Farms is packed with hands-on farm adventures, fun, and discovery! Campers explore seasonal crops, care for friendly animals, and enjoy crafts, games, and outdoor activities that bring the farm to life. Our activities are designed to align with Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS), encouraging observation, inquiry, and hands-on learning in a playful, farm-based setting.
Each week highlights a different part of the farming year — from fall harvests and winter soil science to spring blossoms and summer growth — giving campers a full picture of how farms grow food through the seasons. Kids are grouped by age and dive into real farm life — meeting animals, exploring the fields, planting and observing crops, and creating farm-inspired projects and games.
