HAVE YOUR WASHINGTON WEDDING AT OUR EXCLUSIVE OUTDOOR VENUE
There is something so beautiful and innocent about a rustic barn with weathered siding and exterior rock wall. It harkens back to a more innocent time when love was pure, and life was perfect.
Our outdoor wedding venue is a luxurious experience with a view of a pond, waterfall, mountains, and more. Imagine sifting through your wedding pictures with the prettiest backgrounds Washington has to offer.
You don’t need to drive miles from your wedding venue to your reception. We have it all here ready and waiting for you. The barn is partially enclosed and finished with clear cedar and recycles rusted tin that opens into a large patio complete with waterfall and flower beds with a stairwell that leads to an open lawn.
It’s like something out of a fairy tale as you pass under globe lights that provide a romantic atmosphere at your reception. Your photographer has many options for unique, fun, and beautiful photos on our property. You also have your choice of several locations for your ceremony.

ROMANCE ABOUNDS IN OUR INDOOR WEDDING VENUE
Whether it’s for the ceremony or the reception, our indoor wedding venue has the luxurious sophistication and romance to create an unforgettable experience.
There’s a large indoor fireplace perfect for a photo backdrop with many windows to create the ideal wedding lighting. Imagine dancing under rays of sunshine filtered in through the many windows.
As the night draws and the sun sets, elegant chandelier lighting creates the perfect ambiance for dancing and casual, comfortable conversation.
The indoor facility has finished hardwood wainscoting that exudes beauty. Your wedding venue should be as special as your love and relationship. Don’t waste your special day on anything but the most unforgettable and attractive venue for your wedding or reception.
While the venue is indoors, you still have access to all the outdoor backdrops and attractions. We have great pride in our facility and work with you to create the best experience possible. There are bride and groom rooms, so you both can prepare separately and plenty of parking for your guests.
The venue can seat up to 200 people and is ready and waiting for you.
WE WORK WITH YOU FROM START TO FINISH
As the months turn to weeks before your wedding, we are here for you. We want to make the experience as pleasurable as possible and that includes planning.
We have tables and chairs for your ceremony including:
- 35 – 60″ round tables (seat up to 10 per table).
- 10 – 30″ x 6′ banquet tables.
- 15 – 36″ x 8′ banquet tables.
There are end tables available for a guest book, party favors, and anything else you need. Linen tablecloths are included for each dinner and banquet table. We have so much you can choose from many are included with your rental fee.
You have access to the kitchen, patio heaters, parking, set up and tear down services, clean up, and more. If you plan on having children at the event, you can rent a playground complete with a jumping pillow and two attendants to ensure safety.
You can also rent a fire pit, fine china, and water and wine glasses. You don’t have to seek these out yourself because everything is included or available for an additional rental fee.
There are a million decisions to be made for your wedding. It’s a wonderful and stressful time for everyone involved. We’re here to help alleviate as much of that stress as possible.
If you would like alcohol at your reception, we use Firewater Events for our bartending services. We are a no-hard alcohol facility, and you need a banquet license and even insurance before your big day.
CHOOSE YOUR WEDDING DATES
Swans Trail Farms is available for weddings between May and August. The venue is available from noon to 11 p.m. with the wedding ceremony at 4 p.m. or later and your reception closes at 11 p.m.
