LIABILITY WAIVER & AGRITOURISM NOTICE
Swans Trail Farms is an active working farm. Please review our waiver requirements and Washington State Agritourism Warning before your visit.
Waivers for Ticketed Attractions
All individuals participating in the 2026 Fall Harvest Festival and/or The Great Harvest Glow ticketed attractions must have a completed waiver on file before entering the attractions.
- Each adult age 18 or older must complete and sign their own waiver.
- A parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver for each participant under age 18.
- A properly completed waiver is required for every ticketed participant. Guests without a completed waiver may be denied entry to the ticketed attractions.
The complete Assumption of Risk, Waiver & Limitation of Liability is provided for review and signature as part of the ticket-purchasing process.
Visiting Without an Attraction Ticket
A ticket and online waiver are not required to visit the areas of Swans Trail Farms that are open to the public without paid attraction admission, including:
- U-Pick areas
- Food and beverage locations
- The Cidery
- The Country Store
- Other designated non-ticketed areas
Swans Trail Farms is an active agricultural property. All visitors must exercise reasonable caution, follow posted rules and instructions, supervise children in their care, and remain within designated guest areas.
Washington State Agritourism Warning
WARNING
Under Washington state law, there is limited liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such an injury or death results exclusively from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death.
We are required to ensure that in any activity involving minor children, only age-appropriate access to activities, equipment, and animals is permitted. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.
