By purchasing tickets, you agree to our Conditions for Entry, Pet Policy, and Liability Waiver,
Weather: Farm fun happens in all weather: rain, clouds, or sunshine! Please plan ahead—tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or rescheduled for weather.
Waiver: All ticket holders must sign a liability waiver before participating in activities at Swans Trail Farms.
Cancellation: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Baby Animals & Berries tickets are valid for the date and time chosen during booking. They cannot be rescheduled to a different date and are not valid for admission to the Fall Festival.
Transferring tickets to another person: Tickets may be transferred to another guest for the same date and time by emailing admissionshelp@swanstrailfarms.com at least two days in advance.
Peek Protect: If you purchased Peek Protect, refunds are handled through the Peek Protect link in your confirmation email.
Season Passes

- Season passes will be valid for designated dates during the season.
- Season passes are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
- Season pass holders must follow all farm rules and policies.
- Full terms will be posted when season passes become available.
