Harvest Festival Ticketing Policy
Please review the following ticketing policies before purchasing your Harvest Festival tickets.
Tickets & Admission
- Harvest Festival tickets are required for admission to the festival.
- Tickets are valid only for the date selected at the time of purchase.
- Children and adults require admission tickets. Children under 2 years old are free.
- Attractions are included with admission unless otherwise noted.
Need to Reschedule Tickets?
Tickets may be rescheduled up to 5 days before your scheduled visit, subject to availability. You can easily make updates through your Customer Portal link at any time up until 5 days before your original purchased date.
Need to Transfer Tickets?
Plans changed? You can transfer tickets to another guest for the same date and time. Simply share your Customer Portal link with the other guest. They will be able to access their Admission QR codes and sign waivers in their own names.

Cancellations & Refunds
All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable.
If you purchased Peek Protect, you may request a refund using the link at the bottom of your confirmation email under “Enhanced Refund Protection.”
Lost or Unused Tickets
- Please have your ticket available on your mobile device or printed when you arrive.
- Unused tickets do not have cash value and cannot be redeemed for future events unless otherwise approved.
Weather
Harvest Festival is a rain-or-shine event. Please dress appropriately for Washington fall weather! In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, Swans Trail Farms reserves the right to modify hours, attractions, or operations.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these ticketing policies. Swans Trail Farms reserves the right to update policies, ticket availability, and event operations as needed.
Season Passes
- Season passes will be valid for designated dates during the season.
- Season passes are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
- Season pass holders must follow all farm rules and policies.
- Full terms will be posted when season passes become available.
