Sitting peacefully along the banks of the Snohomish River this lovely historic farm offers both scenic views of Mt Baker and the northern Cascade Range as well as quiet pastoral scenes of the surrounding river valley. Recently opened our new facility features a renovated barn overlooking a large pond and wetland area that is fed by a beautiful waterfall and stream.The rustic elegance of this site lends itself to a variety of celebrations, with little additional decor needed, Swans Trail will host many wonderful and memorable events in years to come.

Capacity
Swans Trail can easily accommodate 50 or 400 guests, the large covered area has room for tables and chairs to seat 200 guest out of the weather comfortably.

Facilities & Amenities
Rustic Barn covered with weathered barn siding and rock wall exterior our facility is open on the eastside to expose views of the pond, waterfall, farm and mountains. The partially enclosed interior is finished with clear cedar and recycled rusted tin. Strings of clear globe lights add romance to the atmosphere. The covered area opens onto a large patio whose area is defined by the large waterfall, three light covered pergolas, flower beds and stairways that lead down to the lush lawn that surrounds the pond. There are numerous options available for the wedding ceremony itself, out around the pond, dock, bridge, waterfall or wetlands. Swans Trail Farms also has many charming sites that are open for pictures the day of the wedding.

Seating
Tables and chairs available to seat up to 300 guests. 30 round tables 48"-60", guest book table, 6  30" X 6' banquet tables, and 4 36" X 8' banquet tables.

Linens
Are required on all tables, and are included in the price. (white only)

 
Parking
Plenty of parking is available to all guests.

Kitchen Facilities
Fully equipped kitchen is available for use; additional fee applies

Alcoholic Beverages
Licensed bar tender required for any event serving alcohol along with a banquet license.

Caterers
The client is free to hire the caterer of their choosing.

Cleanup
Client is responsible for a final facility cleanup, unless otherwise negotiated. Garbage bags are provided.

Other
Room available for Bride and her party before wedding. Groom and party will have additional space available before wedding.
Fresh Flowers are grown on site, u-pick dependent on availability. Check ahead.

Terms and availability
The facilities are rented for the day beginning at noon (unless otherwise specified) and ending no later than 11:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays and 8:00 pm on Sundays. Rental time includes setup and cleanup. Weddings are available between Memorial Day Weekend through the middle of September. Reservations are taken as days are available up to 18 months in advance. A $500 deposit (nonrefundable) is due at time of reservation, along with a signed rental agreement. The remaining balance is due one month prior to the event. The damage deposit which is fully refundable is due with the remaining balance.
